Sustainability Expert Joins Factum Global as Associate Consultant
Whitney Buchmann to add social sustainability and change management expertise.
WASHINGTON D.C. – September 14, 2023 – Factum Global, an international consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations expand and operate across global markets, today announced the appointment of social sustainability expert, Whitney Buchmann, as Associate Consultant.
Ms.Buchmann brings more than 13 years of social sustainability expertise and a record of facilitating change initiatives within a variety of organizations using “human-centered design,” an approach that involves diverse stakeholder perspectives at all stages. Internationally, Ms. Buchmann helped build and convene a global Commission that advised Faith in Action, a U.S. community organizing network, on how to invest $25 million to ensure sustainable funding and impact.
Ms. Buchmann is the Founder & CEO of Illustra Impact, LLC, an organization that collaborates with leaders to integrate their values into decision-making processes, cultures, and strategies to maximize impact. Previously, she served as Senior Program Manager for a New Jersey-based health organization, where she led community engagement strategy. Ms. Buchmann serves on the Board of Directors of Casa Innovation, an incubator for underestimated entrepreneurs across Latin America. She holds a Global MBA at IE Business School, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Studies and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Kansas State University.
