His experience encompasses healthcare, real estate, franchising, Ag-Tech, and management consulting, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
As CEO, Bob demonstrated expertise in crafting robust business models, securing financing, and scaling operations for revenue growth. In addition, he spearheaded the development of market-leading clinic networks at HCA International and US Dental Care Group across Eurasia and Central Europe, optimizing healthcare operations on a global scale. Additionally, as co-founder and managing partner of Moscow-based consultancy Newbridge Group, he advised on KFC’s acquisition of regional market players and consulted on joint venture and franchise strategies for multiple global brands, including Century 21, Retail Profile, and Le Pain Quotidien.
Bob has held pivotal corporate leadership roles throughout his career, notably as CEO and general counsel of Retail Impulse Group, achieving remarkable revenue growth and industry recognition. His contributions as a board member, fractional executive, and legal counsel at Ziel and Le Pain Quotidien were critical in driving strategic initiatives, capital-raising efforts, and expanding into new markets. Also, as North American Director for the Schneider Group consulting firm, Bob has provided international clients with market entry, tax/legal advisory, and fractional management services for expansion in Eurasia and Central Europe
Beyond his corporate work, Bob is deeply committed to advancing corporate governance standards, holding roles such as Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors and Founding President of the Private Directors Association of Tampa Bay. His dedication to nonprofit initiatives is evidenced by his involvement with Thunderbird’s Global Alumni Board and the University of South Florida Institute on Russian, European, and Eurasian Studies.
Bob earned an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a JD from Stetson University College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. He is also a member of the Florida and California Bar Associations. He is fluent or conversational in Russian, Spanish, French, and Chinese. Bob resides in Tampa.
