Nina Boonwej

Business Development Manager

Nina manages global business development efforts and supports client services.

As an integral member of Factum Global Asia, Nina brings several years of experience in process improvement and digital initiatives, particularly in retail, corporate banking, and nonprofits.

As a mission-driven, dedicated, enthusiastic practitioner, Nina specializes in implementation, communication, and project execution. Previously, she worked as a Client Implementation Analyst at Deutsche Bank (Bangkok), where she led and supported corporate training and client acquisition efforts, and was involved with software integration projects, in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Nina also served as a Consular Officer at the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chicago, where she led and oversaw communications, community, and engagement initiatives, including social media management, public relations, publications, and data visualization projects.

Passionate about education and DEI, Nina served as Project Coordinator with The Chicago Lighthouse, an organization that serves the blind and visually impaired community. She also worked for the Chicagoland Project Management Institute where she provided training and knowledge-sharing sessions to professionals from various backgrounds.

Nina earned a Master of Science in Project Management at Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Chulalongkorm University. After many years of living in Washington, DC and Chicago, she now resides in Bangkok with her adopted cat, Saki.
