Harshit H. Jain is a seasoned corporate and investment banking leader with over three decades of experience driving business transformation, digital innovation, and customer-centric solutions in the BFSI sector. With expertise in Global Transaction Services, product development, and strategic advisory, Harshit combines a unique blend of domain expertise and technological acumen to deliver innovative financial solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Harshit founded Sigma Advisory, a boutique consulting firm that helps banks, financial institutions, fintechs, and IT companies place customer experience at the core of their products and services. In this role, he has advised leading organizations, such as Oracle Financial Services Software, SEWA Grih Rin Housing Finance, NCS SoftSolutions and Perfios Software Solutions, guiding them through digital transformation and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, Harshit has ventured into angel investing and mentoring fintechs specializing in blockchain and Web 3.0 SaaS solutions.

Harshit’s extensive career includes leadership roles across top financial institutions. He spearheaded transaction banking and digitization at Nucleus Software, leading the global expansion of the FinnAxia product suite and achieving significant recognition, including the “Best Technological Innovation in Payments – B2B” award at Seamless Middle East 2020. He also held senior management positions at Bank of America, Standard Chartered, Emirates NBD, RAK Bank, and Mashreq Bank, where he delivered transformative results in multinational working capital management, customer experience innovation, and business growth.

A thought leader in digital transformation, Harshit is a frequent speaker and panelist at global industry events. He has contributed to publications on MSMEs, payments, and supply chain finance, and has been a visiting faculty member at prestigious institutions such as IIM Udaipur, Great Lakes Institute of Management, and Hult International Business School. His insights on topics like decentralized finance, AI-driven fraud management, and digital empowerment for SMEs are widely sought after by academic and industry audiences alike.

Harshit earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. A Certified International Cash Manager and Six Sigma Green Belt, he is also a founding member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers Middle East (ACTME) and has served on advisory boards, including the University of Dubai.
