Cooper supports the firm’s marketing team, particularly with market research, social media, creative content creation, and blogging.
Cooper is a rising senior at Clemson University majoring in Marketing, with a minor in Psychology. He is passionate about marketing strategy, data-driven research, and exploring global cultures.
Recently, Cooper has been involved in several research initiatives at Clemson. Over the past two semesters, he developed a strategic marketing plan aimed at increasing business student engagement in the University’s Creative Inquiry program. By conducting interviews and surveys, he identified key motivators and barriers, enabling him to design a campaign that effectively targeted an underrepresented population. He also contributes to research through the Psychology Department, focusing on how movement patterns affect team coordination in hockey. This work has broader implications for machine learning applications in sports, medicine, and military contexts.
Cooper also serves as a Marketing Intern for Clemson Recycling, where he creates social media content, plans campus events, and promotes sustainability. He values the hands-on experience and the opportunity to make an impact through a small but passionate department.
Outside the classroom, Cooper enjoys discovering new music, hiking, and traveling—enjoying blending the three. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, he has a deep appreciation for both the outdoors (mainly the lake) and enjoying the city.
