Mischelle Tarucan

Mischelle is the lead project manager in Dubai, where she manages events and is involved with business development.

For more than 10 years, Mischelle has built a solid reputation as the “go-to” events planner in the Middle East. She has local experience in events planning/coordination and project management and an in-depth understanding of interfacing with sponsors, clients, attendees, stakeholders, contractors, and event venue providers.

Mischelle has a proven track record of working in a multicultural environment and is highly connected within the Middle East’s information and communication technology (ICT) community, having been involved with most major global and regional events and conferences.

Previously, Mischelle worked as EMEA Operations Administrator/Event Coordinator for the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI). Before her role at BICSI, she was Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator to the Senior VP for Abu Dhabi Airports and Project Secretary for International Bechtel (Abu Dhabi). She also worked on the iconic $1.5 billion Midfield Terminal Complex at Abu Dhabi’s International Airport.

A native of The Philippines, Michelle graduated from the University of San Jose, Recoletos, in Cebu, a colonial city in the Central Visayas region of the country. She has a keen understanding of and enjoys keeping up with the latest technology and social media innovations. Mischelle resides in Dubai.
