- Has international experience conducting trainings and presentations across the U.S. and the world, including Colombia, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Japan, Turkey, Iraq, Germany, Peru, Nicaragua, Brazil and Macedonia.
- Licensed as a clinical neuropsychologist and clinical psychologist; has taught as a professor of psychology at California State University and the University of Puerto Rico.
- Earned a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Education from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks.
- Has run marathons in nearly all 50 U.S. states.
- Born in Alaska; based in Puerto Rico.
