Lisa Taylor joined the Factum Global Advisory Board in 2024.

Lisa is an experienced and adaptable leader with a 20-year career partnering with executives and leadership teams in tackling and resolving performance-related business challenges. She is an expert in transformation, change management, and leadership performance.

Currently, Lisa is a Principal Consultant with Summit Leadership Partners, a premier boutique consulting firm, that works at the intersection of leadership, team, and organizational performance helping organizations scale and transform to meet today’s unique business challenges.

Over her career, Lisa has worked across multiple industries including IT/SaaS, finance, transportation, defense and homeland security, telecommunications, commercial goods, and manufacturing. She focuses on organizational strategy and transformation advising executives and leadership teams on how to drive shared accountability and value creation by improving decision-making, breaking down silos, and aligning leadership on strategic priorities. Lisa has extensive experience designing and implementing new organizational constructs through tailored change management strategies and serving as an accountability partner to leaders and their teams.

Before joining Summit, Lisa worked for Deloitte Consulting, MorganFranklin, Grant Thornton, and BearingPoint. In these organizations, she led large complex organizational transformations focusing on organizational strategy supporting the implementation of new organizational models and structures.

Lisa earned an MBA and Master of Arts in International Development from American University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas. She is an active member of her Southwest Washington, DC community and has served on the board of the Southwest Neighborhood Assembly since 2017. In her spare time, Lisa is an avid cyclist, roller skater, traveler and sports fan. Lisa resides in Washington, DC.
