Paul F. Weintraub, CAE

Executive Vice President

Paul leads business development efforts.

He is a highly accomplished visionary and growth-oriented executive leader with more than 25 years of experience serving in international and national leadership positions. He has developed creative strategies for global events, established branch offices abroad, and revitalized overseas operations.

Prior to joining Factum Global, Paul was vice president of global development and support for The Building Industry Consulting Service International, Inc. (BICSI), a professional association supporting the advancement of the information and communications technology profession. He led high-performing teams to increase the organization’s international profile and expand its global footprint. Paul also worked at Panasonic Corporation of North America, Sumitomo Electric Lightwave, Rexel, Inc., and Anixter, Inc.

A frequent public speaker, Paul has spoken at the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Annual Conferences, ASAE Leadership Forum in Singapore, and the Dubai Association Conference. He is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) from ASAE.

Paul earned an MBA in international business from Rollins College, a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and human resources management from Southern New Hampshire University, a Graduate Certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Tampa, and a Certificate in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace from the University of South Florida. Additionally, he is fluent in Spanish, a US Navy Veteran, an avid traveler, and runs marathons in his spare time. He resides in Florida.
